Mercury NZ announces dividend reinvestment plan strike price

Mercury NZ (NZX:MCY) has announced the strike price for its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the FY2025 interim ordinary dividend. The price is set at NZ$5.6229 per share. This price, determined according to the DRP Offer Document, represents the average of the daily volume weighted average sale price of shares traded on the NZX Main Board over five trading days, starting March 10, 2025, less a 2.0% discount. Shareholders participating in the DRP will receive shares in lieu of cash for the FY2025 interim dividend, which is payable on April 1, 2025.
