Forsyth Barr boosts stake in Skellerup above 12%

Forsyth Barr Investment Management Limited (FBIM) has disclosed a movement of 1% or more in its substantial holding of Skellerup Holdings Limited (NZX:SKL). The disclosure, dated March 17, 2025, reveals that FBIM's total number of ordinary shares held in Skellerup increased from 22,015,996 to 24,018,609. This represents an increase in percentage held from 11.229% to 12.250% of the 196,071,582 total shares in class. The change is attributed to on-market purchases totaling $13,729,662 for 2,765,096 shares and sales of $5,647,887 for 1,124,976 shares between October 14, 2024, and March 14, 2025, along with off-market transfers into and out of discretionary investment management services (DIMS). FBIM acts as a provider of DIMS and a manager of managed investment schemes, deriving its relevant interest from investment powers contained in the agreements.
