Air New Zealand continues share buyback, confirms dividend details

Air New Zealand (NZX:AIR) continues its on-market and off-market share buyback program, acquiring 1,524,967 ordinary shares between March 10 and March 14. The shares were purchased on both the NZX and ASX, as well as directly from the Crown, as part of the program announced on February 20. The average prices paid were NZD $0.6289 and AUD $0.5674 on the NZX and ASX, respectively, and NZD $0.6271 from the Crown. All acquired shares will be cancelled and not held as treasury stock.
