Channel Infrastructure director increases stake with on-market purchases

Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited (NZX:CHI) has disclosed that Director Andrew Terence Brewer acquired an additional 17,500 ordinary shares through three separate on-market transactions executed between March 11 and March 12, 2025. The purchases were made in his capacity as a registered holder and beneficial owner. The transactions involved 9,200 shares at $1.9544 per share, 2,994 shares at $1.9648 per share, and 5,306 shares at $1.9483 per share, totaling approximately $34,201.23. This raises Brewer's stake from zero to 17,500 shares. The disclosure was made on March 13, 2025, by Chris Bougen, General Counsel and Company Secretary, on behalf of the director.
