Carbon Fund acquires CO2 units as treasury stock

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced today it acquired 12,586 CO2 units, priced at $1.6440 each, with a total nominal value of $20,691.38. This acquisition represents 0.0389% of the total units on issue. The transaction, dated March 6, 2025, was executed with cash and the units are intended to be held as treasury stock pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. Following the acquisition, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence stands at 32,350,134, excluding any treasury stock.
