Carbon Fund acquires 4,897 CO2 units for $8,031

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced today the acquisition of 4,897 CO2 units at a price of 1.6400 New Zealand dollars each. The total nominal value of the acquisition is $8,031.08, paid in cash. These units represent 0.0151% of the total units on issue and will be held as treasury stock, acquired pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. As of the acquisition date of March 5, 2025, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence after the acquisition (excluding any treasury stock) is 32,362,720. The company is managed by Salt Investment Funds Limited.
