King Salmon disestablishes GM processing role after review

New Zealand King Salmon Investments Ltd (NZX:NZK) revealed that the GM Processing role has been disestablished following an organizational review. The role will no longer be classified as a Senior Manager under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. Coinciding with this change, the company announced the creation of a new GM Operations and Supply Chain role. The firm stated that a recruitment process will commence shortly to fill the newly established position. The announcement was authorized by the Board of Directors of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Ltd on March 5, 2025.
