NZ Super Fund increases stake in KMD Brands

New Zealand Superannuation Fund Nominees Limited has increased its stake in KMD Brands (NZX:KMD), according to a recent disclosure. The fund's holding rose from 11.525% to 12.786% of KMD's ordinary shares between August 13, 2024, and February 26, 2025. This change reflects an increase from 82,021,658 to 90,996,567 shares. The fund bought 10,798,370 shares on-market for $4,778,050.24 and sold 1,823,461 shares on-market for $986,268.94, with the shares held through internal portfolios and Mint Asset Management Limited. Following these transactions, the NZ Super Fund now holds 90,996,567 ordinary shares in KMD Brands.
