Greenfern Industries (GFI) announces director and CEO resignation

Greenfern Industries Limited (NZX:GFI) has announced a change in leadership with the resignation of Director Kirsten Taylor and CEO Elizabeth Plant, effective immediately. GFI sincerely expressed gratitude to Kirsten Taylor for her dedication and support, particularly for assuming the role of Chairperson in December 2024. Elizabeth Plant stepped into the CEO role in late August last year, following the departure of previous Managing Director, Dan Casey. The company acknowledged Plant’s tireless efforts and thanked Taylor and Operations Manager Mike Shea for their expertise on the Normanby cultivation site. The board will commence the search for replacements immediately.
