Venlon Enterprises independent director resigns due to registration expiration

Mr. Nagendra Hanabe Krishnamurthy has resigned as an independent director of Venlon Enterprises Limited, effective December 27, 2025. His resignation, submitted via letter, also includes his departure from various company committees.

The primary reasons for his resignation are the expiration of his IDDB registration on December 27, 2025, and other personal commitments, which render him ineligible to continue in the role. Mr. Krishnamurthy confirmed there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated in his letter.
