Ratnabhumi Developers announces trading window closure ahead of results

Ratnabhumi Developers Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders and designated persons, effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This measure is a standard compliance procedure to prevent insider trading prior to the release of material non-public information.
