NIBE to hold virtual extraordinary general meeting in January 2026

NIBE Limited has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of its members will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted virtually through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), facilitated by the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations.

The announcement was published in the Business Standard (English) and Navrashtra (Marathi) newspapers on December 27, 2025. It informs members about the virtual EGM, noting that physical presence at a common venue will not be required. The notice of the EGM and the explanatory statement will be accessible on the company's website, as well as on the websites of BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and NSDL.

Shareholders whose email addresses are not registered are advised to provide their demat account details, PAN, AADHAR, and updated email/mobile numbers to the company or its registrar and transfer agents to receive user IDs and passwords for e-voting. This virtual format aligns with recent Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI circulars allowing AGMs/EGMs via VC/OAVM facilities.
