KEC International evaluates PGCIL order amid legal review

KEC International Limited announced on December 27, 2025, that the Delhi High Court had issued directions following an order on December 17, 2025. This order kept a PGCIL order from November 18, 2025, in abeyance, pending a fresh or supplementary order dealing with contentions raised by the company.

In response, PGCIL issued a supplementary order on December 26, 2025, upholding its initial decision from November 18, 2025. KEC International is currently reviewing this supplementary order to determine appropriate judicial recourse. The company stated that it anticipates no significant impact on its operations or financial position, citing a strong order book and tender pipeline.

KEC International affirmed its commitment to corporate governance, ethics, and compliance, conducting business with integrity and transparency. The disclosure, issued by company secretary and compliance officer Suraj Eksambekar, was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
