Diamond Power Infrastructure wins major power cable supply order

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DPIL) has received a letter of intent (LOI) from Hild Projects Private Limited, an EPC contractor, for the supply of power cables. The order is valued at Rs. 66,18,25,690, exclusive of GST. This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The order involves the supply of power cables on a "Kms rate basis with PV Formulae" and is classified as a domestic entity transaction. The execution period for this order is set to run from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.

DPIL confirmed that neither the promoter, nor any promoter group or group companies have any interest in Hild Projects Private Limited. Furthermore, the company stated that this transaction does not fall under the ambit of related party transactions, ensuring it was conducted at "arm's length."
