CIAN Agro partners with CSC Healthcare for healthcare division expansion

CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Ltd. announced on December 27, 2025, the execution of an agreement with CSC Healthcare & Wellness Services Limited. This collaboration marks a significant step for CIAN Agro's Healthcare Division, aiming to provide accurate, timely, and patient-centered laboratory services.

The agreement primarily focuses on healthcare services, intellectual property sharing, indemnity, duration, arbitration, termination, and confidentiality provisions. CSC Healthcare & Wellness Services Limited will provide pathology investigation services through its Telangana-based laboratory, adhering to technical and quality standards prescribed under the "Construction Worker Healthscreening" initiative in Telangana.

No special rights, such as appointing directors or first rights to share subscriptions, have been agreed upon between the parties. Furthermore, the involved parties are not related to CIAN Agro's promoter, promoter group, or group companies. The transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
