W.S. Industries promoter S. Aravindan boosts stake

S. Aravindan, a promoter of W.S. Industries (India) Limited, has disclosed an acquisition of 24,000 equity shares through an open market transaction on December 23, 2025. This acquisition, representing 0.036% of the total share/voting capital, brings Aravindan's total voting rights to 4,593,018 shares, or 6.967% of the company's total voting capital.

Before the acquisition, Aravindan held 4,569,018 shares, equating to 6.931% of the voting capital. Including warrants/convertible securities, his total holding post-acquisition stands at 5,093,018, maintaining a diluted share/voting capital of 5.54%. The company's equity share capital remains Rs. 659,187,490, divided into 65,918,749 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The total diluted share/voting capital of W.S. Industries (India) Limited after the acquisition is Rs. 903,184,150, divided into 90,318,415 diluted shares of Rs. 10 each. This disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
