Wardwizard Innovations promoter's pledged shares invoked over margin shortfall

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited announced on December 24, 2025, that 19,354,839 equity shares pledged by promoter Yatin Sanjay Gupte were invoked. This action was taken by Gangabase Barter Private Limited to cover a shortfall in the required margin for a Loan Against Securities facility.

The invocation involved two separate transactions on December 15, 2025: 3,546,629 equity shares and 15,808,210 equity shares. Following this event, Mr. Gupte’s pre-transaction holding of 48,566,153 equity shares in the company has decreased to 29,211,314 equity shares.
