Vindhya Telelinks receives "Good" ESG rating from CFC Finlease

Vindhya Telelinks Limited (VTL) today disclosed it has been assigned an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) rating of "69" under the "Good" category by CFC Finlease Private Limited, a SEBI Licensed ESG Rating Provider. The company received this information from BSE Limited on December 24, 2025, at 8:02 P.M.

Vindhya Telelinks clarified that it did not engage CFC Finlease Private Limited for this assessment. The rating was determined independently by CFC Finlease based on publicly available information pertaining to Vindhya Telelinks for the financial year 2024-25.

This disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other relevant SEBI circulars. Dinesh Kapoor, company secretary & compliance officer, signed the communication dated December 26, 2025.
