UCO Bank director resigns, appointed insurance ombudsman

UCO Bank announced the resignation of Rachna Khare from her position as shareholder director, effective December 25, 2025. Khare, who also held memberships in all board committees, cited her engagement in a new assignment as the reason for her departure.

Her resignation follows an appointment as the Insurance Ombudsman, office of the Insurance Ombudsman Pune, as communicated by the Council of Insurance Ombudsmen on December 19, 2025. UCO Bank confirmed there are no other material reasons for her resignation beyond those stated.

The bank communicated this change to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited, providing the necessary details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
