Tata Mutual Fund reduces stake in Greenpanel Industries

Tata Mutual Fund, operating under its various schemes, disclosed a reduction in its stake in Greenpanel Industries Limited. The transaction, executed as a secondary market sale on December 24, 2025, involved the disposal of 2,805,877 shares carrying voting rights.

Prior to the sale, Tata Mutual Fund held 6,205,853 shares, representing 5.0607% of Greenpanel Industries' total voting capital. Following the disposal, their holding decreased to 3,399,976 shares, equivalent to 2.7726% of the company's total voting capital.

The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, indicating a material change in shareholding by a significant entity. The equity share capital of Greenpanel Industries before and after the sale stood at INR 12,26,27,395.
