Suzlon Energy's WTG division CEO resigns

Suzlon Energy Limited announced the resignation of Vivek Srivastava, chief executive officer (CEO) of the WTG Division and a senior managerial personnel (SMP), effective from the close of business hours on December 26, 2025. Mr. Srivastava's departure means he will cease to be an SMP of the company from the date of his resignation.

The company's disclosure, made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, indicated that Mr. Srivastava is leaving to pursue opportunities outside the Suzlon Group. He confirmed his resignation in a letter dated December 26, 2025.

Suzlon Energy confirmed that Mr. Srivastava is not related to any of the company's directors. This announcement was made to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
