Sayaji Hotels secures 15-year management deal for new five-star property

Sayaji Hotels Limited has entered into a hotel management agreement with SPJ Recreational Centre Private Limited to manage a five-star hotel property in Takve Khurd, Taluka Maval, near Wet and Joy Park, District Pune, Maharashtra. The agreement, effective December 25, 2025, is for an initial period of 15 years from the hotel's commercial commencement, with provisions for renewal for additional 5-year periods.

The hotel, which will operate under the "SAYAJI" brand, is slated for handover by December 31, 2027. The property includes 49 room keys, 71 villas, two banquet halls, a banquet lawn, a coffee shop cum restaurant, a specialty restaurant, an open rooftop restaurant, a gym, SPA, and a swimming pool.

This transaction is not considered a related party transaction and is being conducted at arm's length. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
