Sangam (India) inks deal for 27 MWp solar plant in Rajasthan

Sangam (India) Limited has entered into an EPC contract with IB Vogt Solar India Private Limited for the installation of a 27.00 MWp (variation ± 5%) solar power plant. This initiative aims to increase renewable energy usage and reduce energy costs for the company's captive consumption. The plant will be located at Sangarh, Fatehgarh, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

The agreement, executed on December 26, 2025, aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The contract does not involve any shareholding by Sangam (India) Limited in IB Vogt Solar India Private Limited.

The transaction is not classified as a related party transaction and will be conducted at "arm's length." There are no disclosures regarding issuance of shares, loan agreements, or any nominee details on the board of directors arising from this agreement.
