RailTel secures significant Ministry of External Affairs order for Ethiopia data center

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. (RailTel) has secured a significant work order from the Ministry of External Affairs. The order, received on December 26, 2025, involves project implementation services for establishing a data center inside the existing building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.

The international project is valued at INR 19,83,74,494 and is slated for execution by December 25, 2029. RailTel has confirmed that there is no conflict of interest with promoter groups or related parties involved in this transaction, and the order was not awarded through any related party transactions.
