Marsons secures transformer order from FTC Solar

Marsons Limited has secured a Letter of Award/Purchase Order from FTC Solar Inc, USA, for the supply of various ratings of pad-mounted transformers. The order is valued at INR 5,74,08,750.00.

The contract, dated December 26, 2025, is an international order and is expected to be executed within six months. This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company confirmed that no promoters, promoter groups, or group companies have any interest in FTC Solar Inc, USA, and the transaction does not involve any related party dealings.
