Magellanic Cloud subsidiary secures IRCTC AI-enabled surveillance contract

Provigil Surveillance Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud Limited, has received a letter of acceptance from Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC). The contract, valued at ₹2.25 crores, involves the development, deployment, and testing of a continuous live streaming portal and clip gathering system with AI analytics services for CCTV cameras in IRCTC-authorized kitchen units.

This project aims to deploy a real-time, AI-enabled CCTV live-streaming and analytics solution to monitor IRCTC-authorized kitchen units through a centralized portal. The initiative is designed to improve hygiene compliance, governance, transparency, and proactively identify operational irregularities within catering operations, with a projected execution period of one year.

Magellanic Cloud Limited confirmed that neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in IRCTC related to this order. Furthermore, the contract does not fall under the purview of related party transactions, ensuring an arm's length dealing.
