Lloyds Metals promoter releases significant pledge of shares

Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited (TEMPL), a promoter of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited, announced the release of a pledge on 28,30,737 equity shares. This represents 0.54% of the paid-up share capital of Lloyds Metals and Energy. The pledge was released with effect from December 24, 2025, from Axis Finance Limited, the pledgee, pursuant to an Unattested Pledge Agreement dated December 30, 2024.

Following this release, TEMPL's total encumbered shares in Lloyds Metals and Energy now stand at 3,85,77,184 equity shares, or 7.30% of the total share capital. Prior to this event, TEMPL had 4,14,07,921 encumbered shares, accounting for 7.83% of the total share capital. The initial pledge was made as collateral security for a term loan.

This disclosure was made on December 26, 2025, in accordance with Regulation 31(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011, and its amendments. The shares are listed on both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
