Kirloskar Electric updates Hubli property sale agreement

Kirloskar Electric Company Limited (KECL) has entered into an addendum to a registered agreement to sell an immovable property. The original agreement for sale was first intimated on March 20, 2024, and the addendum was executed on December 26, 2025. This property, spanning 1.06 acres (equivalent to 4,298 square meters), is located in Hubli, Karnataka.

The company clarified that this addendum relates to the existing agreement and does not alter the previously intimated consideration. The purchasers, Shreya Koujalagi and Sushmitha Vijaykumar Nirani, are not part of the Promoter, Promoter Group, or Group Companies. The transaction is also not a Related Party Transaction.

The addendum addresses the proposed sale of land in Survey No. 88/B, with new property number 88/89 and PID No. 36/581. The company plans to complete the sale after fulfilling all necessary formalities.
