Hindustan Construction concludes rights issue, oversubscribed by 198%

Hindustan Construction Company Limited (HCC) announced the successful completion of its rights issue, offering 799,991,900 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of ₹12.50 per share, aggregating up to ₹999.99 crores. The subscription period ran from December 12, 2025, to December 22, 2025.

The company received 104,907 applications for 1,606,023,564 rights equity shares, with 3,590 applications rejected for technical reasons. This resulted in 101,329 valid applications for 1,584,391,967 rights equity shares, representing 198.05% of the issue size.

Allotment of the 799,991,900 rights equity shares was finalized on December 23, 2025. Trading of these new rights equity shares on the BSE and NSE is expected to commence on December 26, 2025.
