Bank of India allots ₹10,000 crore in long-term infrastructure bonds

Bank of India announced the allotment of Long Term Bonds (Infrastructure) Series IV, amounting to ₹10,000 crore, through a private placement. The allotment was made on December 26, 2025, following the issue opening and closing on December 23, 2025. A total of 1,000,000 bonds were issued, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000.

These bonds are unsecured, subordinated, redeemable, non-convertible, taxable, and listed, carrying an ISIN of INE084A08235. The coupon rate for these bonds is 7.23% P.A. The issue size comprised a base issue of ₹5,000 crore plus a green shoe option of ₹5,000 crore, totaling the ₹10,000 crore. There were 11 allottees for this issue.
