AUV Innovations boosts stake in Zee Media Corporation

AUV Innovations LLP announced on December 24, 2025, the acquisition of 15,115,614 shares in Zee Media Corporation Limited (ZMCL). The transaction was executed via an open market purchase, increasing AUV Innovations LLP's total stake in ZMCL.

Prior to this acquisition, AUV Innovations LLP held 43,718,761 shares, representing 6.99% of ZMCL's total share/voting capital. The recent acquisition, amounting to 2.42% of the share/voting capital, brings their total post-acquisition holding to 58,834,375 shares, which now represents 9.41% of the total share/voting capital.
