Astorne Capital VCC – Arven and Beacon Stone Capital VCC – Beacon Stone I, acting as acquirers, have collectively acquired 1,500,000 shares in Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Ltd. This open market acquisition occurred on December 11, 15, and 24, 2025, and represents a 2.28% increase in their total share/voting capital.

Prior to this acquisition, the acquirers held 4,689,655 shares, amounting to 7.12% of the company's total share/voting capital. Following the transaction, their combined holding has risen to 3,189,655 shares, or 4.84% of the total share/voting capital. The equity share capital and total voting capital of Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Ltd. before and after the acquisition remain at 65,842,491.
