Adani Green Energy forms new renewable subsidiary, Ecothrive Renewables

Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited, has incorporated Ecothrive Renewables Limited (ERL) on December 26, 2025. ERL is registered in India with an authorized capital of INR 100,000 and a paid-up capital of INR 100,000. It is yet to commence business operations.

The primary objective of ERL is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sell, and supply power using wind, solar, and other renewable energy sources. This incorporation aligns with Adani Green Energy's focus on expanding its renewable energy generation capacity.

AREH11L holds 100% of ERL's share capital, making Ecothrive Renewables Limited a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited. The acquisition is not considered a related party transaction.
