Subex appoints Venkata Erinti Narayana as independent director

Subex Limited has appointed Venkata Erinti Narayana as an additional director, effective December 25, 2025. He will serve as a non-executive, independent director for a period of three years, pending approval from shareholders. The appointment was made following a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee.

Narayana brings over 30 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, fund management, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on emerging markets. His recent roles include extensive work with Aavishkaar Capital, where he was involved in raising and managing the Aavishkaar Frontier Fund and led its Indonesian activities. He also contributed to the conceptualization and launch of the Global Supply Chain Support Fund.

Prior to his tenure at Aavishkaar Capital, Narayana held senior investment banking positions, executing cross-border mergers and acquisitions and project finance deals across India and the region. He also served as chief executive officer for growth-stage companies. He holds a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a bachelor of engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
