Promax power appoints Manish Jain & associates as new auditor

Promax Power Limited has announced the appointment of Manish Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 015608N, Peer Review Certificate No. 020482), as its new statutory auditor. This appointment, effective December 25, 2025, follows the resignation of the previous auditor, M/s Raj Gupta & Co. (FRN:000203N).

The board of directors recommended this change in a meeting held on December 25, 2025, and it is now subject to the approval of shareholders within three months from the board's appointment date. Manish Jain & Associates will hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing annual general meeting. The firm is a partnership with expertise in auditing, finance, legal, taxation, assurance, and regulatory services.
