Onix Solar Energy delays board meeting due to director unavailability

Onix Solar Energy Limited has announced the postponement and rescheduling of its board meeting, initially slated for December 25, 2025. The change was necessitated by the unavailability of directors due to work exigency.

The board meeting, which was earlier intimated on December 22, 2025, has now been rescheduled for December 29, 2025. The company will also address any other items with the permission of the chairperson during the meeting.

The communication, signed by Piyush Savaliya, managing director, was sent to the General Manager of BSE Limited.
