Narmada Gelatines shareholders back director's continuation

Narmada Gelatines Limited announced the successful passing of a special resolution by postal ballot to continue the directorship of Kailasam Krishnamoorthy as a non-executive, independent director beyond the age of 75 years. The remote e-voting period concluded on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (IST), with the resolution passing with 99.9998% of total votes polled in favour.

The postal ballot process, conducted in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations, involved 7,770 equity shareholders as of the record date of November 14, 2025.
