Indus Towers improves ESG rating to 72.3 for FY 2025

Indus Towers Limited disclosed on December 25, 2025, it has received an ESG score of 72.3 for the financial year 2025. This assessment was conducted by SES ESG Research Private Limited ("SES"), a Category II SEBI-registered ESG Rating Provider. The score indicates a 1.7-point improvement compared to the previous ESG score of 70.6 assigned by SES.

The company clarified that it did not engage SES for these ESG ratings. Instead, SES independently and voluntarily assigned the ESG rating based on publicly available disclosures made by Indus Towers Limited. This disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.

The improved rating suggests a positive trend in the company's performance across environmental, social, and governance metrics, as evaluated by an independent third party.
