Indo Count announces strategic senior management realignments

Indo Count Industries Ltd. has announced a strategic realignment of its senior management personnel (SMP), effective January 1, 2026. Shreyas Joshi, currently president – home textiles, will transition to president – strategy, focusing on domestic retail business and new strategic initiatives.

Concurrently, Malay Mahanti, previously senior vice president – commercial, will take on the role of business head – home textiles, assuming responsibility for the entire home textiles business. Additionally, Neeraj Kalaskar, currently vice president – operations (spinning), will be appointed senior vice president – procurement & supply chain, overseeing the company's procurement and supply chain functions and becoming a new member of the SMP.
