Exxaro Tiles re-appoints key directors, names new independent director

Exxaro Tiles Limited has announced that all four resolutions proposed in its Postal Ballot Notice dated November 18, 2025, have been passed with the requisite majority. The e-voting process, which commenced on November 25, 2025, and concluded on December 24, 2025, confirmed the re-appointment of Mukeshkumar Babubhai Patel as chairman and managing director, Kirankumar Bhikhalal Patel as whole time director, and Dineshkumar Ramanlal Patel as whole time director. Each of these re-appointments received 99.99% of votes in favor.

Additionally, Miten Majmundar has been appointed as an independent director of the company, with 99.99% of votes cast in his favor. The total votes cast in favor for these resolutions were 172,276,737, 172,274,947, 172,274,947, and 172,280,597, respectively. The scrutinizer, Vasantkumar B.
