AVG Logistics partners with Baidyanath LNG for India's clean energy push

AVG Logistics Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Baidyanath LNG Private Limited to develop LNG infrastructure and promote LNG fueling solutions in India. This partnership aims to accelerate the adoption of LNG-powered transportation across industrial sectors including steel, metals, FMCG, and cement. It will leverage AVG's logistics network and Baidyanath LNG's expertise in LNG fleets and fueling infrastructure.

The collaboration is expected to enhance AVG's operating efficiency, optimize fuel costs, and support margin expansion, contributing to both topline growth and bottomline performance. Baidyanath LNG will support AVG with dedicated LNG-powered fleets and access to filling stations, while AVG will promote LNG as a cleaner alternative fuel to its customers.

The MoU, valid for an initial five-year period, aligns with India's clean energy initiatives and AVG's commitment to environmental responsibility. In FY25, AVG Logistics reported a revenue of ₹551.52 Cr, EBITDA of ₹95.57 Cr, and PBT of ₹26.33 Cr.
