Amara Raja board to review unaudited financial results

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited will hold a Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. The primary agenda is to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine-month period ending December 31, 2025.

In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons will be closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026, until Friday, February 13, 2026 (both days inclusive). This closure is to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial results announcement.
