AGI Infra's Urbana Square project gains RERA registration

AGI Infra Limited announced on December 25, 2025, that its "Urbana Square" commercial project has received registration under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab. The project, located in Village Pholriwal, Jalandhar, holds registration number PBRERA-JAL33-PC0397, valid until September 1, 2027.

This registration is a key development for AGI Infra, expected to boost the company's revenue and profits through the sale of commercial shops and office spaces. "Urbana Square" is designed to include 142 commercial shops and 218 office spaces, totaling 360 units.

The company's compliance officer, Aarti Mahajan, confirmed the update, which was disclosed in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular dated November 11, 2024. This regulatory approval signifies an important step forward in the project's development and market availability.
