Zuber Yusuf Dhanani boosts stake in Sayaji Hotels

Zuber Yusuf Dhanani, a promoter, has significantly increased his holding in Sayaji Hotels Limited, as per a disclosure under SEBI Regulations, 2011. The acquisition involved 700,041 shares carrying voting rights, transacted on the open market on December 22, 2025.

Prior to this acquisition, Dhanani held 146,160 shares, representing 0.83% of the total share/voting capital. Post-acquisition, his holding has surged to 846,201 shares, increasing his stake to 4.83% of the total and diluted share/voting capital. The total equity share capital of Sayaji Hotels Limited remains INR 17,51,79,770, divided into 1,75,17,977 equity shares of INR 10/- each.
