UltraTech Cement expands capacity by 1.8m tonnes annually

UltraTech Cement Limited has announced the commissioning of additional cement capacity totaling 1.8 mtpa at two locations: Dhule, Maharashtra, and Nathdwara, Rajasthan. The Dhule facility, a grinding unit, adds 0.6 mtpa, while the Nathdwara facility, an integrated unit, contributes 1.2 mtpa. This expansion increases the company's total domestic grey cement manufacturing capacity to 188.66 mtpa.

Including its overseas capacity of 5.4 mtpa, UltraTech Cement's global capacity now stands at 194.06 mtpa. The company notified the BSE, National Stock Exchange of India, Luxembourg Stock Exchange, and Singapore Exchange of this development on December 24, 2025.
