Supreme Industries bags repeat order from BPCL for LPG cylinders

The Supreme Industries Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) for a repeat order to supply 200,000 units of 10.0 Kg composite LPG cylinders. This domestic contract is valued at approximately INR 54 crores.

The repeat order contract is valid for an initial period of six months from the date of LOA placement, with a potential extension for up to an additional six months at BPCL's discretion. The transaction does not involve any promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding entity and is not a related party transaction.

This agreement, announced on December 24, 2025, aligns with SEBI disclosure regulations. Supreme Industries will be supplying the composite LPG cylinders within the stipulated timeframe, further strengthening its partnership with BPCL.
