Schaeffler India achieves strong independent ESG ratings

Schaeffler India Limited announced its latest Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) ratings, with CFC Finlease Private Limited assigning an ESG score of 80 out of 100, and NSE Sustainability Ratings and Analytics Limited awarding a score of 77 out of 100. These ratings were independently prepared and issued based on the company's public disclosures and available data, without direct engagement from Schaeffler India.

The company formally disclosed these ratings to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on December 24, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The robust ESG performance reflects Schaeffler India’s operational transparency and its positive impact on environmental and social factors, as assessed by leading independent rating bodies.
