Sayaji Hotels expands footprint with new Pune management agreement

Sayaji Hotels Limited has entered into a Hotel Management Agreement with Siddhi Garima Reality Private Limited to manage and operate a 4-star rated hotel. The agreement, dated December 24, 2025, covers a property located in Chakan, Pune.

The agreement is for an initial period of 15 years from the commercial commencement of the hotel, with provisions for renewal for additional 5-year periods on mutually agreed terms. The hotel will feature 110 rooms, one banquet hall, one restaurant, one board room, a gym, and a SPA, and will operate under the brand name "EFFOTEL BY SAYAJI".
