Gallantt Ispat: Promoter group restructures family shareholdings

Smriti Agrawal, a promoter group shareholder of Gallantt Ispat Limited, has transferred 2,349,775 equity shares to Santosh Kumar Agrawal, an immediate relative and fellow promoter group shareholder. This inter-se transfer, completed on December 23, 2025, aligns with SEBI regulations.

Before the transfer, Smriti Agrawal held 2,549,775 shares, representing 1.057% of the total voting capital. After the transfer, her holding reduced to 200,000 shares, or 0.083%. Santosh Kumar Agrawal's holding increased from 8,901,783 shares (3.689%) to 11,251,558 shares (4.663%) of Gallantt Ispat's total equity share capital.

The transaction is described as a private transfer to streamline the Agrawal family's assets, maintaining the overall promoter group shareholding percentage. The shares are listed on the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
