RVNL: Tax Demand Notice Clarifies Previous Story

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) announced today that it has received a demand notice, in the form of DRC-07, from the office of the deputy commissioner jurisdiction, BEGUMPET STU3, Telangana State, Hyderabad. The notice, dated December 23, 2025, pertains to the financial year 2021-22 and cites order number ZD361225087916X.

The demand notice totals INR 4.26 Lakhs. RVNL, however, stated that there is "no material impact on financial or on operation or any other activities of the company due to the above-mentioned orders." The company also indicated that these orders are being examined for further appropriate action.

This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company secretary and compliance officer, Kalpana Dubey, signed the disclosure.
